*Vendors may load-in Friday, May 3rd from 9:00 am-7:00pm. Please use the overhead door located on the southeast side of the Alerus Center near Entrance 1.

For large equipment, contact the Alerus Center to arrange a time to load in. Booths are not pre-assigned; Alerus Center Staff will assign booths on May 3rd, 2013 as vendors arrive. Vendors must load-out by 6:00pm on Saturday May 4th, 2013.

*Payment for booth space must be received in full prior to load-in. All Payments are non-refundable.

*Alerus Center is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

* Vendors may arrive on May 4th as early as 7:00 am at the South overhead door near entrance #1.

*Vendors must have items in booth space by 7:30 am on May 4th , or booth reservation is forfeited without refund.

* No sale of food or beverage items, firearms, ammunition, alcohol or hazardous materials will be permitted. All sale items must comply with federal, state and local regulations as well as Alerus Center Policies and Procedures. We reserve the right to turn away vendors not in compliance with these regulations. Contact the Alerus Center at 701-792-1200 with any questions.
