Transystems Box Office

Tickets for all Alerus Center events may be purchased at the Transystems Ticket Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com

Seating configurations vary from show to show. Ticketmaster.com will have a seating diagram for each individual show on their website, or you can visit the Tranystems Box Office which also will have seating diagrams for you to review.

Season tickets to University of North Dakota football games are managed by the UND Athletic Department. For more information or to order season tickets contact (701) 777-4689 or visit FightingHawks.com/tickets.

Football single game tickets are available in a student’s Green & White Account. All tickets are digital. For more information visit Fightinghawks.com/students.

For most Arena events, any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted for free if they sit on a lap. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. Family Shows (like Sesame Street Live) require all children ages 1 and up to have a ticket. Any questions about this can be fielded by the Transystems Box Office (701) 792-1417.

All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available at various price levels. Contact the Ticketing Manager for all of your seating needs. Please contact the Transystems Box Office well prior to the event to assure seating best suited to accommodate your needs.

Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder’s responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced. Any questions should be directed to the Transystems Box Office.

Payment Options for Alerus Center events include cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Alerus Center does not accept checks for ticket purchases.

Will Call ticket pick-up is available for various events per request of the ticket purchaser. Tickets can be picked up at any Transystems Box OfficeOffice window during business hours the day after the purchase is made. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

You will get an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund.

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, contact the location where you bought your tickets.

There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets.

Alerus Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, ticket buyers should be careful purchasing tickets online. Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Alerus Center. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
