Michelle Bruhn is a regenerative gardener, growing on a suburban lot in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She's the co-author of Small-Scale Homesteading, a freelance writer, speaker, regular contributor and teacher for the Minnesota Horticultural Society and farmers market manager. She's also mom to two boys, a dog and a flock of backyard hens. She started Forks in the Dirt to help people better grow and eat their own, local food.

Happy Camper Coffee is a mobile coffee business that operates out of a renovated 1971 Trailblazer Camper. They serve high quality coffee, espresso beverages, and acai bowls. Happy Camper Coffee opened in 2022 and have loved serving the community since! We have a lot of love for our coffee and our community! Ely's Ivy will be serving Maple Bacon Tiramisu. Ely's Ivy is a Husband and Wife owned and operated farm to table restaurant in the heart of downtown grandforks. They have partnered with local farmers, and ranchers to provide a showcase of the greatness of our area. Their menu, while always having items you can count on, will always be presenting you with fresh new dishes. Meet some of our Happy Harry's Pork & Brew vendors! Flatlands BBQ will be handing out some of their award winning Pulled Pork flavored with Flatlands BBQ Sauce & Rub. They are family owned and local to Grand Forks, ND, and are located in many stores across ND and MN, such as Scheels (Grand Forks, Fargo, and more), Miller's Fresh Foods and more. For the week of February 2nd- February 8th, Scheels will be running 20% off all Flatlands products. The Wok will have a spicy pork adobo (authentic Pilipino dish) with homemade adobo spice. They have a Pilipino food truck, sells authentic Pilipino food, such a adobo, lumpia, siomai, pansit noodles. 🎟️ VIP is sold out!
